ThoxWork is a separate application from ThoxEmployee. Separately licensed software, dependencies, and assets remain governed by their respective licenses. This notice does not replace those permissions or obligations.

The ThoxEmployee kernel and Migration Studio are MIT licensed, © 2026 THOX.ai LLC. The supervised workspace is MIT licensed, © 2026 ThoxEmployee contributors. These grants apply to those modules and do not relicense this application.

MIT permits use, copying, modification and distribution subject to retaining the copyright and permission notices. Source copies include their full license. Third-party notices must also be retained where required.

Names and marks

THOX.ai™ and THOX product names and logos are trademarks of THOX.ai LLC. Other marks belong to their respective owners. Software licenses do not grant a general right to use THOX trademarks or imply endorsement. This notice makes no representation about registration or patent status.

Reviewed profile exchange

Importing a reviewed employee profile does not authorize external actions or device execution. Your browser review shelf is separate from any hosted demo session.
